OBJECTIVES

• To promote good governance in the private and public sectors.

• To serve as a forum for leaders to interact and share ideas and experiences.

• To document good practices in leadership and management for adaptation.

• To certify leaders and managers to indicate and recognize level of seniority and competence.

• To organize seminars,workshops,courses and conferences to teach leadership and management principles and practices, and to issue Certificates and Diplomas denoting achievement, completion, participation or competence.

• To collaborate with other professional bodies, Universities, colleges and institutions to carry out research leading to awards of such bodies or joint awards with CALM.

• To collaborate with governments, corporations and other organizations to advance
